We are a small family that takes care of every detail, because for us producing organic meat is not a business:

We want you to know where your food comes from, who's behind it, and feel the same confidence we feel when we open the doors of our farm to you.

Certified Organic

One of our two main values.
We do things the way we'd like them done for us: without chemicals, without rushing, and without strange inventions. Natural methods work. And if you don't believe us, just ask our pastures.

Animal Welfare

Our second core value.
Our animals live the way life should be lived: free, peaceful, and unhurried. Here they have space to move around, pastures to choose from, and time to simply… be.

Proximity

We're from here, from Cerdanya. So much so that if you come, you'll probably end up leaving with a story, a "bon dia" (good morning), and a couple of route recommendations.

Familiar

We're small, but we have big hearts. And yes, we argue like any family… but we always agree when it comes to taking good care of what's ours.

Transparency

We have nothing to hide. If you want to know something, we'll tell you. And if you want to see it, we invite you to the farm. It's that simple!

Our Family

The Altimiras family has been raising and fattening their calves in the Cerdanya mountains since 1886. Josep Altimiras, a third-generation farmer, started Casa Cerdanya to bring you the best organic, high-mountain beef, without intermediaries, in the easiest and most convenient way.

Pedro llegó a Casa Cerdanya en los momentos más difíciles de la pandemia y desde entonces se ha convertido en un pilar fundamental de nuestro equipo. Su dedicación, disposición constante para ayudar y su amabilidad hacen que cada día sea mejor. Pedro es, seguramente, la persona más despistada de todas.

Daniel Vintila

Daniel es sinónimo de entrega y maestría. Con una capacidad de trabajo extraordinaria, nunca falla. Una habilidad con el cuchillo que refleja años de oficio, se ha ganado un lugar esencial en el equipo. Se incorporó después de Diego y desde entonces es una pieza esencial en Casa Cerdanya, fantástico como persona,genial tipo, sin duda, el mas cabezota de todos.

Derby Rosa

Derby es dedicación. Con una velocidad de trabajo extraordinaria y una fiabilidad que nunca falla, se ha convertido en un pilar fundamental del equipo. Su compromiso es inquebrantable: siempre busca exprimir al máximo cada jornada, dando lo mejor de sí en cada tarea que emprende. Siempre dice que si a todo, pero siempre hace lo que le da la gana.

Raúl Dominguez

Raúl llegó sin saber nada de este oficio, pero con algo que no se enseña: dedicación. Con formación, esfuerzo y una entrega sin límites, hoy es una pieza fundamental de Casa Cerdanya. Su origen cubano le da ese carácter cercano y entrañable que se nota en cada corte, en cada trato, en cada detalle. Sincero, cuidadoso y apasionado por su trabajo. Todo el día se pasa "haciendo cuentos" no calla ni debajo del agua.

Milena Rodríguez

Milena representa todo lo que buscamos en un miembro del equipo. Trabajadora, cercana y amigable con todos. Es una buena compañera que siempre está dispuesta a ayudar, y posee una capacidad de aprendizaje extraordinaria que la hace crecer constantemente. Llegó en el momento justo, complementando perfectamente nuestra visión y valores. Su dedicación y energía positiva hacen que sea, simplemente, adorable. Tiene la capacidad de ahogarse en un vaso de agua.
